Nicole Sivie, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Nicole Sivie, the second of three children grew up in Richardson, Texas. After graduating from Berkner High School, Dr. Sivie studied chemistry at the University of Texas at Austin. Realizing that dentistry was her career of choice, Dr. Sivie was one of four students accepted to Baylor College of Dentistry after two and a half years of studies. With her interests in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Sivie was the only senior dental student taking additional continuing education classes, with practicing dentists, offered on weekends for Advanced Restorative Esthetics. She joined Dr. Williams after graduation in 1998, the two partnered in 2002 and have since grown their practice requiring two office moves in ten years.

Dr. Nicole Sivie has continued taking classes and varying her interests completing two certification levels in Invisalign orthodontics and is well on her way to becoming a premier provider. Her studies also focus on the teachings at the Seattle Dental Institute and fellowships in laser dentistry. Dr. Nicole is also involved locally in the dental community, being a member of the Dallas County Dental Society peer review committee for three years and completing the Dallas County Dental Society Leadership Continuum in 2007. She was an active member in the Junior League of Plano for 10 years and is currently a sustaining member. Dr. Sivie is also is involved with local charities as a donor to Texas Dentists for Healthy Smiles and as a participating doctor with her team in the Texas Mission of Mercy effort which provides free dental care to impoverished families around the state of Texas. Dr. Nicole has memberships with the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She has been named Texas Monthly Super Dentist for 2007 through 2015 and was also chosen as one of D Magazine’s Best Dentists by her peers for 2008, 2011, 2013 and 2015. She has completed her Fellowship requirements for the Academy of General Dentistry and was awarded the honor of FAGD (Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry) in June of 2012 in a ceremony in Philadelphia.

Dr. Nicole Sivie and her husband, Jason, have a 19-year-old daughter and a 16-year-old son. Their daughter, Reagan, attends UT Austin and is in the McCombs School of Business, majoring in finance and minoring in French. Davis is a junior and plays baseball. Dr. Sivie has little spare time but divides it between her family, running and playing tennis. An accomplished marathoner and skydiver, she attempts golfing with her husband and they enjoy traveling with friends often.

Jason L. Montgomery, DDS

A native of Amarillo, Dr. Jason Montgomery earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M (Dean’s List, All Academic Team) and then graduated from Baylor’s College of Dentistry. He played football during his undergraduate years as an Aggie, and appeared in two Cotton Bowls in 1993 and 1994.

After graduation, Dr. Montgomery worked as an associate in the office of his mentor Dr. Tom McDougal in one of the largest cosmetic dentistry offices in Dallas. Today, he is committed to providing the latest services to his patients, and in the past five years, he has taken over 500 hours of continuing education, focusing primarily on implants and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Montgomery was also recently selected by the Consumer’s Research Council of America as one of “America’s Top Dentists.” Additionally, he was elected by his peers to appear in the Texas Monthly Magazine issue featuring “Texas Superdentists.”

Dr. Montgomery is married to Nicole Sivie, DDS, and they are the proud parents of Reagan and Davis. A country music fan, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and anything else occurring outdoors. Sunny, their Yellow Lab, accompanies the family whenever possible.

Committed to service in his community, Dr. Montgomery participates in Texas Dentists for Healthy Smiles, supports the Plano Senior High Booster Club, Texas Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic, and the Plano Education Foundation.
